Triumph Motorcycles Nepal has officially launched the new Scrambler 400 XC in the Nepali market, priced at Rs 7,99,900. The motorcycle is now available across authorized dealerships nationwide, with pre-bookings open for customers across Nepal.
The Scrambler 400 XC is positioned as a more off-road-focused variant of the Triumph Scrambler 400 X, retaining its core design language while introducing functional upgrades to enhance off-road capability.
Key upgrades include side-laced wire-spoked wheels with lightweight aluminium rims and tubeless tyres, along with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup for improved stability.

It also features a colour-coded high-mounted front mudguard, flyscreen, and a durable aluminium sump guard with engine bars for added protection. As a result of these additions, the Scrambler 400 XC weighs approximately 5 kg more than the standard model.
Mechanically, the motorcycle remains unchanged. It is powered by a 398.15 cc single-cylinder engine producing 39.4 bhp and 37.5 Nm of torque.
The bike is built on a tubular steel frame with a bolt-on rear subframe, and is equipped with a 43 mm USD front fork and rear monoshock, both offering 150 mm of suspension travel.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Sagar Thapa, Manager at Triumph Motorcycles Nepal, shared: “As Nepal’s riding community continues to evolve, we are proud to introduce the Scrambler 400 XC, a motorcycle that truly reflects the spirit of adventure our riders embody. Built to handle Nepal’s diverse terrains, it blends rugged capability with premium craftsmanship, offering riders confidence both on and off the road.”
